5. Processors
The platform is made available within quitt.ch, which is operated by ServiceHunter SA. ServiceHunter SA processes personal data in this context as a processor based on our contractual relationship and our instructions.
We have contractually ensured compliance with data protection requirements within the framework of a data processing agreement, in particular that ServiceHunter SA as a processor:
- uses the personal data collected in this context only for our platform and not for its own purposes,
- ensures data security through appropriate technical and organisational measures (TOMs),
- complies with our instructions,
- complies with further data protection security measures and requirements.
ServiceHunter SA publishes its own privacy policy for its independent data processing in connection with the general operation of quitt.ch and the quitt account environment outside our cooperation, to which we refer in this regard (see https://quitt.ch/datenschutzerklaerung/).
We use, either directly or indirectly through cooperation with ServiceHunter SA, additional third-party companies to facilitate the operation of our services, to assist in the analysis of the use of the services or to provide services in connection with the website and our offers for you. These third parties have access to your personal data only to the extent necessary for the performance of their tasks in accordance with the (data processing) agreements concluded with us. They ensure data security through appropriate technical and organisational measures (TOMs).
The categories of processors that may, depending on the circumstances and to the extent necessary, have access to your personal data are:
- providers of IT services and software

6. Cross-border data transfers
We and/or our processors transmit your personal data, where applicable, to and process it in the following locations:
- EU/EEA
- USA
- India
We may engage processors or other third parties that process personal data abroad, i.e. in countries whose level of data protection does not correspond to that of Switzerland.
We protect your personal data in accordance with our contractual obligations and applicable data protection laws when we transfer data abroad, by primarily transferring it to countries that, according to the Swiss Federal Council, offer an adequate level of protection.
In the case of a transfer to countries that, according to the Swiss Federal Council, do not offer such a level of protection, in particular but not exclusively the USA and India ("third countries"), we put in place appropriate safeguards. Such safeguards in the case of a transfer to a third country may include:
- application of standard data protection clauses,
- binding corporate rules,
- other standard contractual obligations,
which ensure adequate data protection.
If a transfer to a third country takes place and no adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards are in place, it is possible and there is a risk that authorities of the third country (e.g. intelligence services) may access the transmitted data and that the enforceability of the rights of data subjects cannot be guaranteed.
7. Data disclosure
We may also disclose your personal data if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary:
- to comply with a legal obligation, i.e. where required by law or in response to apparently legitimate requests from authorities or courts
- to protect the security of our services and to defend our rights or property
- to prevent or investigate possible misconduct in connection with us
8. Data security
We use privacy-friendly default settings and implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures (TOMs) to protect your stored data from manipulation, loss or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously adapted in line with technological developments.
We also take internal data protection very seriously. Our employees and the service providers we engage are bound to confidentiality and to compliance with applicable data protection laws. Furthermore, in accordance with our data processing concept, they only have access to personal data to the extent necessary for the performance of their respective tasks or mandate.
The security of your personal data is important to us, but please bear in mind that no method of transmission via the internet or of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal data by all economically reasonable means, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
You have the following data protection rights. To exercise these rights, you may contact the address above or send an email to: support@casa-match.ch. Please note that we may ask you to confirm your identity before responding to such requests.

This also applies if you wish to unsubscribe from marketing communications. As soon as we have received notification that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your data for the purpose(s) you originally consented to, unless there is another legal basis for the processing. To stop receiving emails from us, please click the "Unsubscribe" link in the email you received, or contact us at support@casa-match.ch.
- Right to erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or has been processed unlawfully.

- Right to data portability: You have the right to request that we transmit your personal data in a standard format such as Excel to another controller, provided this concerns data that you have provided to us and that we process based on the legal basis of your consent or for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations.
- Right to object to processing: If the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is our legitimate interest, you have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object to such processing. We will comply with your wish unless we have a compelling legal basis for the processing that overrides your interests, or we must continue to process the personal data to assert or defend a legal claim.
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection law. The competent authority in Switzerland is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (www.edoeb.admin.ch).
10. Cookies
Our services use cookies and similar technologies (collectively "tools"), which are provided either by us or by third parties.
A cookie is a small text file that is stored by the browser on your device. Comparable technologies are web storage (local/session storage), fingerprinting, tags or pixels. Most browsers are set by default to accept cookies and similar technologies. You can, however, generally configure your browser to reject cookies or similar technologies, or to store them only with your prior consent. If you reject cookies or similar technologies, you may not be able to use all of our services without issues.
The tools we use are listed below by category, with information in particular on the providers of the tools, the storage period and their purpose. If personal data is transferred abroad, including to third countries, we refer to point 6 of our Privacy Policy, also with regard to the associated risks.
10.1 Non-essential tools
10.1.1 Google Analytics 4
Our website uses the web analytics tool Google Analytics 4, an application of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). If you have not consented to the use of analytics tools, your data will not be collected within the framework of Google Analytics 4.
Google Analytics 4 uses JavaScript and pixels to read information about your end device and cookies to store information about your end device. This serves to analyse your usage behaviour and to improve our website. The access data is compiled by Google on our behalf into pseudonymous user profiles and transferred to a Google server in the USA. We will process the information obtained to evaluate your use of the website and to compile evaluations on website activities.
The data collected within the framework of the Google Analytics 4 usage analysis is enriched with data from Google Search Console and linked with data from Google Ads, in particular to measure the success of our advertising campaigns (so-called conversions).
The following data may be processed by Google Analytics 4: IP address; user ID and device ID; referrer URL (previously visited page); pages viewed (date, time, URL, title, viewing duration); downloaded files; clicked links to other websites; achievement of certain goals (conversions); technical information (operating system; browser type, version and language; device type, brand, model and resolution); approximate location (country, region and possibly city, based on the anonymised IP address).
This tool uses the following cookies:
- "_ga" (2 years), "_gid" (24 hours): recognition and differentiation of visitors via a user ID.
- "ga[GA-ID]" (2 years): retention of information from the current session.
10.1.2 Google Ads
We use the Google Ads offering to draw attention to our attractive offers by means of advertising materials (so-called Google Ads) on external websites. Google Ads enables us to display advertisements in the Google search engine or on third-party websites when you enter certain search terms on Google (keyword targeting). In addition, targeted advertisements can be displayed based on user data available at Google (e.g. location data and interests) (audience targeting). As website operators, we can evaluate this data quantitatively, for example by analysing which search terms led to the display of our advertisements and how many advertisements led to corresponding clicks.
We further use the Google Ads conversion tracking function. We can determine, in connection with the data of advertising campaigns, the success of individual advertising measures. We thereby pursue the interest of showing you advertising of interest to you, of making our website more interesting for you, and of achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs. For example, we can evaluate which buttons on our website were clicked how often and which products were viewed or purchased particularly often. This information serves to compile conversion statistics. We learn the total number of users who have clicked on our advertisements and what actions they have taken.
We use the remarketing function within the Google Ads service. With the remarketing function, we can present users of our website with advertisements based on their interests on other websites within the Google advertising network (in Google search or on YouTube, so-called "Google Ads", or on other websites). For this purpose, your interaction on our website is analysed in order to be able to display targeted advertising to you on other pages even after your visit to our website. For this purpose, Google stores cookies on your end devices that visit certain Google services or websites of the Google Display Network. Your visits are recorded via these cookies. The cookies are used to uniquely identify a web browser on a specific end device and not to identify a person.
We use the "Conversion Linker" from Google Ads on our website. Via the Google Conversion Linker, the information about the advertising click in URLs of the conversion page is automatically captured and stored in own cookies in your domain for websites. The data is then forwarded in URLs for AMP pages. We use Google Conversion Linker with other Google Marketing Platform products. In this way, unique IDs can also be stored in these cookies.
We further use the enhanced conversion function ("Enhanced Conversions") of Google Ads to optimise our advertising measures in the Google advertising network by being better able to identify groups of people within the Google advertising network who are highly likely to perform conversion events on our website. For this purpose, data (e.g. email addresses) is encrypted with a one-way SHA256 hashing algorithm. The hash values are then transmitted to Google and used to improve conversion measurement.
This tool uses the following cookies:
- "_gcl_au" (3 months): this is the first-party cookie for the "Conversion Linker" function. It captures information about advertising clicks and stores it in a first-party cookie so that conversions outside the landing page can be attributed.
- "_gcl_aw" (3 months): this cookie is set when a user reaches the website via a click on a Google advertisement. It contains information about which advertisement was clicked, so that achieved successes such as orders or contact requests can be attributed to the advertisement.
- "NID" (6 months): contains a unique ID used by Google to remember your settings and other information, such as your preferred language (e.g. English).
- "IDE" (1 year): contains a randomly generated user ID. Based on this ID, Google can recognise you across different websites in a cross-domain manner and display personalised advertising.
10.1.3 Google Ad Manager
Our website uses Google Ad Manager, a service provided by Google. This service is used to display Google advertisements on our website by setting cookies in the browser when you visit a page that displays Google Marketing Platform advertising products and Google Ad Manager advertisements. Pages with Google Marketing Platform advertising products or Google Ad Manager advertisements contain advertising tags that instruct the browser to request advertising content from our servers. When the server delivers the advertising content, it also sends a cookie. However, a page does not have to display Google Marketing Platform advertising products or Google Ad Manager advertisements for this to happen. It only needs to contain Google Marketing Platform advertising products or Google Ad Manager tags, which can instead load a click tracker or an impression pixel. In this way, the cookies are used to improve advertising (e.g. to align advertising with what is relevant to you, to improve reporting on campaign performance, and to avoid showing advertisements you have already seen), as well as to deliver, render and personalise advertisements. The cookies themselves do not contain any personally identifiable information. Depending on your settings and those of the publisher, information associated with the cookies used in advertising may be added to your Google account.
This tool uses the following cookies:
- "IDE" (13 months): recognition and differentiation of visitors via a user ID, recording of interaction with advertising, delivery of personalised advertising.
- "__gads" (13 months): display of personalised advertising on third-party websites.
- "DSID" (15 minutes): storage of Google settings for advertising personalisation on third-party websites.
- "1P_JAR" (30 days): optimisation of personalised advertising, avoidance of repeated delivery of the same advertising.
- "NID" (6 months): settings and personalisation for Google services and other functions for advertising purposes, in particular display of Google advertising in Google services.
If you would like to find out more about data processing, including by the use of cookies by Google, please read their privacy policy here.
10.1.4 Adobe Typekit
For uniform display of fonts, we use so-called web fonts, which are provided by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited: 4-6 Riverwalk, City West Business Campus, Saggart, Dublin 24, Ireland ("Adobe"). When a page is called up, your browser loads the necessary web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you use must establish a connection to Adobe's servers. As a result, Adobe becomes aware that our website was accessed via your IP address.
If you would like to learn more about Adobe's data processing, please read their privacy policy here.
10.1.5 Google Fonts
Our website uses Google Fonts, a service provided by Google. Google Fonts allows us to integrate the display of external fonts in the design of our website and to display them correctly to you, which helps us make the design of our website more user-friendly. Google Fonts does not set any cookies, but when you visit one of our pages on which we integrate Google Fonts, Google is informed of which of our internet pages you visited. In addition, the IP address of the browser of the visitor's end device is stored by Google.
10.1.6 Google Tag Manager
Our website uses Google Tag Manager, a service of Google. The Tag Manager is used by us for the management of the external tools and services we use on our website, and enables the use of so-called tags. A tag is a code element that is stored in the source code of the website to e.g. control which page or service elements and tools are activated and loaded in which order. In some cases, the data is processed on a Google server in the USA.
If you would like to learn more about Google's data processing, please read their privacy policy here.
10.1.7 LinkedIn Insights Tag
Our website uses LinkedIn Insight Tag, a service from LinkedIn Ireland, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. LinkedIn Insight Tag is a JavaScript code that we insert into our website to be able to report on our advertising campaigns and to understand your use of our website. This enables us to track conversions, retarget you and recognise demographic information about LinkedIn members who visit our website. Cookies are placed on your web browsers when you visit our website. We can thereby determine to whom our advertisements are displayed in order to improve the results of marketing campaigns and better represent the effectiveness of the advertisements used.
This tool uses the following cookies:
- "lidc" (1 day): this cookie ensures the selection of the data centre.
- "li_mc" (6 months): used as a temporary cache to avoid database queries for a LinkedIn member's consent to the use of unnecessary cookies. It is also used to store and use consent information on the client side.
- "li_gc" (6 months): used to store your consent to the use of cookies for non-essential purposes.
- "li_sugr" (90 days): this cookie is used to establish probabilistic matches of users' identities outside designated countries.
- "bcookie" (1 year): this cookie is a browser identifier. It is used to uniquely identify devices accessing LinkedIn in order to detect abusive use of the platform.
- "bscookie" (1 year): this cookie remembers that a logged-in user has been verified with two-factor authentication and has previously logged in.
- "UserMatchHistory" (30 days): this cookie is set for the ID synchronisation process. It stores the time of the last synchronisation in order to avoid frequently repeated synchronisation processes.
- "AnalyticsSyncHistory" (30 days): this cookie stores when a synchronisation took place with the "lms_analytics cookie".
If you would like to learn more about LinkedIn's use of cookies, please read their privacy policy here.
10.1.8 Meta Pixel
Our website uses Meta Pixel, a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. Meta Pixel is a tool that allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising by understanding your actions on our website. It helps us implement JavaScript code on our website to track and dynamically deliver content for you by setting tracking cookies that help us understand how our website is used, as well as advertising cookies, so that we can reach you in the future via Facebook ads. You are linked to your respective Facebook account and identified via the cookies set on your devices. Meta Pixel tracks the visited URLs and domains as well as the devices you use.
We further use the enhanced conversion function ("Advanced Matching") of Meta Pixel to optimise our advertising measures in the Meta advertising network by being better able to identify groups of people within the Meta advertising network who are highly likely to perform conversion events on our website. For this purpose, data (e.g. email addresses) is encrypted with a one-way SHA256 hashing algorithm. The hash values are then transmitted to Meta and used to improve conversion measurement.
This tool uses the following cookies:
- "_fbp" (90 days): used by Meta to display a series of advertising products, for example real-time bidding from third-party advertisers.
- "fr" (90 days): used by Meta to deliver advertisements and measure and improve their relevance.
If you would like to learn more about Meta's use of cookies, please read their privacy policy here.
10.1.9 Microsoft Advertising
Our website uses Microsoft Advertising, a service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland ("Microsoft"). Microsoft uses JavaScript, cookies and Local Storage to present you with advertisements that are relevant to you. The use of these technologies enables Microsoft and its partner websites to display advertisements based on websites on the internet. Microsoft also processes the data to improve its own products and services, to create user profiles and for advertising purposes. The data generated in this context may be transferred by Microsoft to a server in the USA for evaluation and stored there.
We further use the enhanced conversion function ("Enhanced Event Tracking") of Microsoft Advertising to optimise our advertising measures in the Microsoft advertising network by being better able to identify groups of people within the Microsoft advertising network who are highly likely to perform conversion events on our website. For this purpose, data (e.g. email addresses) is encrypted with a one-way SHA256 hashing algorithm. The hash values are then transmitted to Microsoft and used to improve conversion measurement.
This tool uses the following cookies:
